Product Introduction:
L Arabinose is a monosaccharide containing 5 carbon atoms. L-Arabinose is a white crystalline powder with a sweetness about 50% of that of sugar. L Arabinose appears to selectively inhibit the sucrase activity in the small intestine which can control the increase of blood sugar caused by intake of sugar. Feature: Solubility It’s easily soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol. Its solubility is lower then granulated sugar. ·Sweetness Its sweet flavour is similar to granulated sugar, while is 50% the sweetness of granulated sugar. ·Specific rotation Multirotation, specific rotation +100° → +104° (24h, H2O, c=5)
