Product Introduction:
Isomalto-oligosaccharide (IMO) is a soluble prebiotic fiber, low calorie sweetener used to reduce calories/sugar in formulations. IMO can increase absorption of dietary minerals, and is digestion resistant. Available in non-GMO and Certified Organic. Isomalt-oligosaccharide is a white powdered starch sugar product with isomalt-oligosaccharide as the main component refined through a series of processes such as liquefaction, glycosylation, transglycosylation, decolorization, desalination, concentration, and drying. Isomalto oligosaccharides (IMO) are also called isomalto-oligosaccharides, branched oligosaccharides, etc.
