The characteristic of OEM processed solid beverages is that the product is granular or powder, contains 2% water, has good solubility in warm water, solid beverages are more nutritious than liquid beverages, and the packaging is simple and convenient to carry and transport.
The manufacturing method of granular solid beverage is based on the granule production process in the biopharmaceutical industry. The processing method is to fry the raw materials twice with water, filter and combine the decoction, and concentrate it into a paste, then bake it into a dry paste at a temperature of about 70℃. For solid beverage OEM processing, the dry paste is crushed through a 100-mesh fine sieve, and an appropriate amount of powdered sugar is added. Mix dextrin or starch, use 95% ethanol plasmid, dry, solid beverage OEM processing and packaging.
There are two production methods for solid beverage processing: it is divided into natural fruit juice and fruity type. The former is to first make the natural juice into a concentrate, that is, the raw materials are washed, crushed, squeezed or hot soaked to extract the juice, concentrated under reduced pressure to a solid content of about 10% to 20%, and then mixed with powdered sugar. The latter is directly mixed with various auxiliary materials (including sweeteners, sour agents, spices, dextrins, pigments, etc.) with powdered sugar, granulated and dried.
